San Jose FP waiters thread (from 12/28/2001)

FP done today

FP Received: 2/4/02
FP Done: 2/6/02
FP Scheduled: 3/13/02

BTW, based on my reading of the tracking DB, doing FP early doesn\'t have much effect on AD in most cases. What do you guys think?

U can go to the ASC for early FP without taking prior appointment.
But be sure u go there during the afternoon, because, as I learnt the hard way, in the mornings its pretty crowded and I had to wait for an hour before my turn came.

San Jose ASC is closed on Mondays.

Its open from Tues to Sat from 8:45(I think) to 3:45pm.
On an average, the best time to go is about 1:30pm in the afternoon.
 
My AVM has not changed...

Did my FP yesterday (07 Feb 02) which was scheduled for March 20, 2002.

My AVM does not say anything about FP notice or anything. It keeps saying this case will take anywhere from ...

My RD is 08/15/01
ND is 09/17/01

Lets see.
 
Reveived FP 2 day\'s ago... scheduled for March

I received FP and scheduled for March, I am currently out of JOB.
however my previous employer did not inform to INS.
My 180 day\'s are over by Jan30th.. will there be a problem for AOS.

Got mine too ...

It was just a postal delay ...both my wife\'s and mine were supposedly mailed on the same day ..mine just reached 4 days late ...

Both my wife and I did our FP at San Jose ASC ...today (2/9/2002, schedule date was 3/28) at 2:30 pm...got out by 2:45 pm. ..good service ...they also have a QA person looking at the FPs after the first person takes what looks like Finger Prints of ALL fingers in varied fashion ...just hope that its all good.

how much do I need to wait ?

also what is the time from FP done to approval ? in general ?

is it mandatory that everyone will receive RFE after FP.
