No chnage in AVM.
I plan to do FP as scheduled, because I-485 approval time depends on RD.
Pls correct me with example if I am wrong.

yes approval does depend on rd

but in your case fp has been delayed and if u do fp earlier than scheduled it does help definitely

we have many examples of it helping specially in san jose cases
 
timings of ASC san jose

Can any one tell me the timings? Also is it ok to go earlier(before the scheduled date) for the FP? Is there a line or can I just walkin for the FP anytime? Is it working today? Please let me know

Planning to go early around 02/21/02 since I am not in Califonia currently. Do I have to take an appointment for early FP ? Any input for my queries is appreciated. Thanks.

Hey, I got FP notice 02 Feb 2002, Guess Faxing an enquiry works!!!Will try to do it before scheduled date in San Marcos or San Deigo ASC\'s. Please let me know how these are for early FP\'s.

but he is listed under San Jose as per PCee\'s list.

I thought he was just trying to do the FP at a different ASC although he is from SJ. greencardorbust - please confirm?

yes applied for FP in San jose, Approval and scheduled date was for San JOSE ASP. But I want to do it in the san Diego area as i am temporarily workin here. thanks all
 
FP done - WAC-01-279-x Scheduled for 03/13/2002

Hi all. Did my FP todat at San Jose ASC. Made the mistake of going in the morning at 8:45am. Pretty crowded. My turn came at around 9:45am. It took a little over 5 minutes to get it done. Would advise anybody plng to go to go during the a\'noon.

You can contact FBI at (304)625-5590. I am also planning to go early for my FP. My FP Scheduled date is Mar 15th 2002. Since I am in Chicago right now, I am planning to go on Feb 22nd. Is it OK if I go directly to ASC for FP without taking prior appointment ? Any input is appreciated.

San Jose, RD-08/20/01, ND-09/19/01, FP Scheduled date - 03/21/02.

tendulkar , whats the notice date of finger print

Looks like INS is issuing finger prints in batches last batch it issued on 30th jan thats why lot of people got it on 02/02. can you tell me what day your finger print notice has been issued.
