Hi all, an Enquiry was filed by my lawyers with the INS, after 120 days FP wait.

Lets see what happens.

My PD is 27 Sept 2001.

WAC-01-270. My FP is scheduled at SJ on Feb 15.

I guess I can go and finish it early. Will I have to stand in the line from 5:00am in thr morning or can I go anytime in the day and do my FP ?

Did an early FP at SJ today

Location: San Jose
RD: July 18, 2001
PD: Dec 9, 1999, EB3
FP Scheduled: Feb 15, 2002
FP Done: Feb 01, 2002

I went at 1:35pm today and was out of there at 1:55pm.
For all those people wanting to do early FP, the office is open tues to sat 8:00am to 3:45pm. And they don\'t even look at what the scheduled date is!
