    on 12/28 Lawyer got (courtesy copy) FP notice.
    I just checked my mail I also received my copy.
    Sched FP date 1/31/02 ( I might go early )

AVM also updated say on 28Dec we send FP notices !!

PCee even for our wac number AVM says it sent FP notice on Dec 28th

PCee : My application was reached INS on June 20th while my PD became current on July 1st. Do you think I will be having any problems in my I485 ? ND-8/21 Got AP/EAD/FP
Do you have any historical data for the above case, appriciated.
 
FP completed at SJC

 I just did my FP at SJC.
 no questions asked, We showed EAD & passport.
 Sched: 1/31/02 Recvd: 12/28 Completed: 12/29.
 As most of the people are on vaction, there is no queue
 It took 15 Minutes for us to finish entire process.
 
 FYI: SJC office timmings for today 8a.m - 3.30p.m

What is the order for sending FP notices

Are the FP notices sent based on the PD or the RD for I485? If two people have the same RD but different PD\'s and EB categories, then in which order would the FP notices be sent?

I read few posts stating that their 485 got rejected, because they sent the application before the PD. 99% i am sure, that you also have to start your 485 from scratch. they count the PD based on the receipt date. you will get nd,ead,ap,fp, everything, but at the end when they approve the case, they will state it as denied.
search the site on "sharda" name(i think so). if you follow the forum properly, you will definitely find some cases whose case details are similar to yours and got rejected.
I suggest you to apply 485 again.

On Friday I created a thread to tell you about this, looks like you didn\'t see this thread! In this thread i provided couple of links that we discussed at the time of your I-485 filing.

Do not make any conclusions, based on discussions on this board. You need to contact a very good and experienced attorney who can advise you on your future course of action.

If you are still working on H1B then probably it is better to stay on H1B (unless you are close to 6 years limit), do not use EAD.

PCee: Thanks for the advice. I am still using my H1B, not switched to EAD.

What my attorney is saying : let us file I824, and with I824 recipt lets do AC-I140 at Bombay.

Any suggestion gurus?

No FP yet for san jose people .... got AP though.

got AP today ( the AP was approved on 12/10 , AVM said approved on
12/23 , got in the mail 12/31 ).
No FP however....I saw rocalp with wac-02-37 get FP @ SFO !

hoep things speed up for san jose waiters in the new year.
 
how long does it take receive FP in hand?

AVM says FP notice sent on Dec 28th, but I still did not receive the copy, no word from attorney. Has anyone experienced?
Please help with your suggestions.

All San Jose WAC-01-250 got FP?

Hi,

We have WAC-01-250. Husband is the primary applicant and got his FP notice two weeks ago.
Wife is still waiting for FP notice. Anyone on the same boat? Any suggestion? Thanks.
 
Filed 485 on April 12 No FP yet

Hi ,

 I filed my 485 on Apr 12 and my RD was on May 6. Still i havent recieved FP notice.

Is anyone in the samboat as mine
