Hello guys:
I need some help from you guys.
1. If pre-approved labor is used, is it necessary that applicant's MS/BS degree has to earned before the labor approved date?
For example: if the labor cert. was applied for an applicant who has MS degree and the LC is apporved. The applicant leaves the company. Then can this labor be used by another employee whose MS degree is earned after the labor apporval date?
2. In regular processing center (state) what is date that they are processing now?

Hi theteeset,
Could you ask your attorney to send an inquiry regarding your case? and see waht they say about the skipped case? I guess attorney's can talk to the DOL directly.
My attorney's do not respond, and do not entertain these kind of things

Guys!!! I just got a notice from my lawyer saying that my case was certified. 3.5 years..
The AVM though still says "Received".
So, be patient and it will pay off!

Today I got to know from my HR that we received RFE (3 option letter).
So once we reply hopefully I should hear the good news. My another colleague whose RD is same as mine but he is in EB3 also got the NOF.

GREAT GREAT NEWS. CONGRATULATIONS. u were the first in line for the 3 option letter. i had responded with mine in june looks like they are working on it finally,i have concluded that avm is no good for people with 3option letter.
btw do u know whats happening with i140 and i485 any estimates from that end ?
