I have still not received any letter from BEC, my PD: 08/2002 and RD:08/2003,When i called up following i did not received any kinda response about my new BEC application Number? how should i get that? my lawyer really sucks i been trying to get hold of him since past one week.

even if it takes another 6 months for the april 2003 applications to get certified what difference does it make, I140 process or 485 is not getting any faster, if it clears labor, it goes and piles up elsewhere. as long as 140 and 485 is not current , whats the difference its not like anything is getting held up?

Hi all,
If your name is not in BEC tracker yet or if you have any additional update, please post your(/updated) info in the following thread. http://boards.immigrationportal.com...ad.php?t=161571
This will give you and all others in the forum a better idea of how things are going. Just_watching is taking the trouble of updating the tracker almost everyday. By adding your details on to above forum it will be little less effort for Just_watching.
So please help to maintain the tracker with your current information.
