I know only one resource, i.e., AVM. But some time back, I saw in one of the forum we can also check by using fax.. I am not sure..

Regarding the cases, the serial number will not be allocated to the RD. I am just wondering, we can download the whole month file and check for a case by case basis based on the RD. I saw one case certified on 3/21/03. Hoping that they might have completed 50% of MAR-31. They are around 225 cases filed on 31st March, 2003. If they do in same pace, it will take another month to complete the March-03.

If this can console you, my case RD on 3/24/2003 has not yet been certified. It is painful for me to see the cases later than that getting certified.

I started this entire process in March 2002. I had a certified I140 from my previous company from where I got laid off, hence had to start a-scratch.

Sorry to note your Pain.
A few questions why you could not use alternatives.
Could u not use your earlier PD for the current processing ?
I presume you could not apply 485 concurrently hence you were not able to use AC21? Is that right.
 
why no letter

mnhrdc,

do you have any idea why until now we haven't receive the bec letter but the other LC filers with earlier pd/rd (2003/2004) got theirs already?

I have a pd: sept 2002 and rd aug 2003 CA did DOL SFO transfered our case to one of the BEC because from your other post you said that your case with pd of may 2002 is still at SFO/DOL.

Dear mnhrdc,
You are too technical for me. I checked with my lawyers many times and they said I cannot use any of those Labour Certification or the I140 from previous company and had to start afresh, and here I am on my 8th year on H1. Anyways now it is too late.

No worries though, everything is for Good.
 
Same here.

My PD is Fed 2, 2002 and Received date at DOL is March 13, 2003. Cases before and after mine have been certified and I am still waiting. I also found out that case numbers dont really reflect when your case was received at DOL. They have some newer case numbers that were received In April 2004 that were certified last year as well. It sounds like RIR and Non-RIR has different channels. My case is under RIR, what a shame.
 
Just got mail from my lawyer, MY case(RD July 31, 2003) got 3 option letter on 12/28/2004 from BEC. They already replied the mail with "go-ahead" option.

My company's name start with "M"

I just want to ask what is your pd ? your rd is july 31, 2003 which is close to mine so that I can have some assumption when to get my letter.

According to my lawer(lier) cases having CA RD July 2003 and later are transferred to BEC and NOt as per AVM.
Since your RD is Aug 2003 you must be recieving very soon.

Yeah, why i asked you because this has been discussed many times in this forum that PD is allien based. May be your earlier PD may be utilized later while applying for I-485 if Visa's are retrogressed.
So you have a second openion from others about using earlier PD, if it helps you.
And i feel it is not too late if it is benificial

I am on EB2, I thought that EB2 still have concurrent filing regardless of the dates.

Or probably I didn't understand you. Can you pls. eloborate?

Looks like I got my letter on Jan 3 around. Not sure which BEC? My RD is 09/16/04.

Certified on Jan 18, 2005. Lots of cases on this date were pending since Nov 2004.

Thanks vP and Raj. Do you have any idea, how many cases approximately did they processed last week. So that we can do rough estimate for completing the process for remaining cases in MAR-03.

I know they have aroud 125 cases on 3/27/2003 and 251 cases on
3/31/2003.

There is no estimate of the cases they are processing.
Its kinda random for each week.
They are hardly processing any cases, with this rate it will be really slow.
There are lots of cases between 3/27-3/31. :mad:
