sample letter to congressman for Name check status

anybody has a template for this? I guess I am stuck in name check. sent an email one month ago and got no response. Just heard FBI stopped working on the email inquries, the only way (although it takes 6 months) to check the status is dead know.

can we ask congressman for help on this issue? I appreciate if anyone can provide a sample for this.

You can go to www.house.gov or www.senate.gov to find your local congressman and senator. In their websites, you can find casework forms, just fill the form, they will assist you to enquire your name check status.
I just received a letter from my senator, was told when FBI received the name check request and still pending. That's all.
