Sample Employer letter-Travel on Advanced Parole(GC)

Hi All

I am planning on travelling to india for two week vacation, I am on advanced parole(Green Card - 485 applied ).

Do I need employer letter, saying that I am on vacation or employer verification letter ?

IF so and IF you have one sample letter, could you please post it ?

No. Unlike an H-1, AP does not require that you be employed for admission; just that you have a pending I-485. If you want to get a "still works here" letter from your employer, you can, but chances are you won't need it.
 
I changed Employers last year, and will be traveling to india in August. Do you think at POE they might ask who is your GC Sponsering employee and are you still working with them.
Let me know if i need to carry any specific docs.

I would recommend carrying pay stubs and a EVL from ur current employer. if possible carry a letter from your lawyer explaining the rule of changing jobs after 6 months.
