Sample AC21 letter for EB1 applicants who skipped the LC process with I140 approved

Your case is EB1 (extraordinary ability) and self sponsored petition, if that was self sponsored you don’t have to use AC21, you have only to work in your Extra ability area that is the only requirement for you. find new job in your field that is enough, I dont know if it is EB1-1 or EB1-2 or EB1-3, if it is EB1-1 you are free to join any employer in your field
 
How about "multi-national manager"?

Do I have to find a multi-national manager position? Since I don't have LC, is there any restrictions for the type of company I can join?

---- In theory yes, look at the cover letter of many pages you submitted to BCIS(INS) with I-140 as Evidence for EB1 classification.
I have seen the cases that many EB1 are not doing the same extraordinary ability job because BCIS just needed your statement that you will work in your field.

You should speak to the lawyer who filed your EB1 petition or those who handle EB1 cases
