I'm from California, and my partner is from Mexico. We've gotten married in New York. He doesn't have a green card, and after DOMA was struck down, we aren't sure what to do in order to get his green card.

Any information, links, etc? Thank You.

Did he enter the US legally with a visa or border crossing card?
