Same freaking RFE again

You know TSC is the dumbest place ever. You could reply RFE with a note saying that you already replied for RFE first time, but you never know what they might decide. They could just say that you never provided 'requested documentation' and chose 'intent to deny'. You may have to send medical again. Check with your attorney.

I applied for Advance parole, and they printed the old expiry date. when I asked to correct, they asked to send new photos. After sending new photos, the 'rep' said that its better to file new, as I 'might not' hear back. (which was true, almost an year never received anything). I eventually filed again with new fees for a AP + twice attorney costs...
 
It has happened to me. You just don't know what happened to your original response. I would refile everything with a note stating you have submitted it before.
 
They are dumb indeed...

When my wife first applied for EAD (about 4 years ago), they sent RFE for photos. On the picture she was wearing small earrings. They said no earrings (I couldn't find anything about earrings in their directions for photos, though).

Anyway, we sent new pictures...but guess what? They issued the EAD with the "old" picture where she was wearing earrings! Why the hell did they ask for different pictures then?

That's not all. When she applied for extension with new pictures...they used the very first picture again!
