Hi all, my interview is scheduled at 10:45 AM on 4/22/13 at the Dallas USCIS office in Irving. I have read that Oath Ceremonies usually occurs on Monday and Thursdays of the week in this office and is usually around 1:30 PM. Since 4/22 is a Monday, I think I may have a chance to get the oath same day, although I am not sure interview being at 10:45 ( finished say 11:00-11:30) would I still be able to get the same day oath?
Can anyone shed some light or have similar experiences to share? Answer is much appreciated.

Hopefully you are not planning to change your name. If you are planning to, be prepared for a long wait before oath. I am not sure if you could get same day oath. You would be lucky to get approval response on the same day of your interview.

There is a possibility, they conduct 2 oath ceremonies, one at 9 am and second at 1 pm, at least that was the folks at Irving office told to me when I went for oath. Good Luck and Have a great day!!
