Same day Boston EAD before 90 days

I would like to know if I can apply for same day EAD(first time EAD) at Boston after getting 485 receipt. Even though 90 days are not yet over after filing for 485. Does anyone know of cases where Boston INS refused to give same day EAD before 90 days of filing of 485?

just walk-in with your I-485 receipt, $100 Money order, Passport/Driving Licence and application for

90 days wait is not required at all. I have taken within 10 days last year and renewed just yesterday. NO PROBLEM. It is very easy.
 
Marriage to US Citizen in NY, can local INS give same day EAD

Hi Everyone:

I would like to know if anyone has this experience. Filing I130,I485 and I765 at NY local INS after marrying US citizen. EAD same day?. If this is not possible how soon and will fingerprint and medical be necessary before EAD approved.

Do I need to live in or close to Boston to get same day EAD there ,how about NY.

I will be marrying a US citizen shortly in NY but would like to know if I can get same day EAD at Boston or will NY local give same day EAD.
