When my I 485 was filed, my salary in labor certification was 60000.
I am still working for same company at 75000.
Now my I 485 is pending for more than a year, and I am planning to change job, I might earn more than 90000.
Please guide, what are the steps, I need to take so that INS does not raise any question about salary differences?

You might want to consider invoking AC21 with all these details after changing the company. I believe salary hike is not an issue, but the job description should be same or similar. in my case the salary was raised almost 50%, and my GC got approved with AC21.
