Salary range listed on SWA job order

Hi

My employer has a PERM application and I noticed that the job order on the SWA website has a listed salary range way below my actual salary.

Is my employer allowed to use any salary that is above the prevailing wages? or does he have to advertise the actual salary that I am currently making?
