My LC pay is 45 K and I am getting 75K. There is no change in employer. I am sticking to the same employer for the last 3 years and he is also my GC sponsorer. Will higher salary pose any problem at the time of AOS. My AOS is pending with INS.

The only time a higher salary is a problem is if the salary is so much higher that INS questions whether the position is really the same. Whether $75K is too high for a position that has a minimum salary of $45K is up to INS to decide.
