Hi,
What are the guidelines to accepting a new job with a salary lower than what is specified in one's labor? Can one accept a lower paying job than what is specified in labor? Will that be a problem? For example, supposing I have 75K specified in my labor, can I go down to 68K? Is it true that you can go down upto 10% generally? So 68K is less than 10% right, so it should be alright right?

Please let me know asap!!!

I don't think salary is really a big factor. As long you don't work at McDonald's while GC is being sponsored for a Programmer, you are OK. All they really care is that you should be making enough as not to become a public liability and be in the same or similiar filed so to honor your labor certificate.
