My GC is spsonsored thru my previous employer in Texas and on the LCA, salary was mentioned as 55k and currently I am getting 75k thru another employer in CA .Will this be a problem for my I485thru my previous company?Since I need to submit a letter from my current employer with the salary.I am wondering whether INS will have any problem with the salary since they may say why will I go back to my Previous company for 55k when I am getting 75k now. But currently I am in California but my Labour was done in Texas.
