My I-140 is applied and my employer is asking me to work for 36 hours a every week. And this will go back to 40 once market gets better. Will this cause any problem with the Green Card????

But the company is going to pay me the salary in the prorated amount...Till what stage in GC I need to worry about the salary???

Employer letter on promised salary after GC

My employer is petion for my I-140.
My current salary is 40k per annum but the LC stated salary as $58k.
My employer gave me an official letter stating that I will be paid the LC salary afetr I got my GC.

Will my I-140 be a problem since the section on proposed salsry will be as per LC but my current salary is much lesser.

Please comment and advise.Thanks.
