Salary Issue, Please respond!!!

My I-140:
RD:03/25/2002.
ND:03/26/2002.
Question:
My salary is lower than the salary shown on my LC. My lawyer told me that it is for future employment and as far as I can get the Salary shown on my LC when my I-485 get approved then it should be OK. However, I read some message on the web which said I need to get the LC salary even at I-140 stage. Please give me some of advice. THKS.

I think your lawyer is right.

you need to get salary shown on LC after your green card approve - > so at stage i-140 or i-485 you are just filing for green card or adjusting status. So don't worry and be happy.

I am green card holder and got married to F1 student. I am trying find some employer who can do GC processing for future employment. I saw your posting.
