Salary issue in Substitution

Hi all,
I am about to use pre_approved LC from my current company with $55000 salary, while i'm getting paid $50000(I've been working for this company since 2000).
Would it be an issue in getting I-140 approval?
Do i need to submit my last 6 months pay stub?

Your response would greatly appreciated,

GC is for future employment and hence if company can prove that they could pay you the LC quoted payment after getting your GC then you are fine. Having said that since you already work for the same employer and the difference is only 5K if the employer can prove that after you get ur GC he could raise it by another 5K then you should be fine.

Getting a letter from employer should be OK?

Thanks for your response!
- Do i need to show them my pay stub while i'm applying for Subs?
- Getting a letter from my employer in regards to future payment would be OK?

Much appreciated,

Pay stubs are required only at the time of filing 485 and not for 140
