Hi,
When my company petitioned for my Labor Certificate, there was a minimum salary requirement two years ago but it was just a projected number so my employer went with it.
Now my labor certificate and I-140 have been approved. I realize that my current salary is still 17% less than the required salary set by Labor Dept during the LC application. In order to file I-485, I need my employer to present a statement in which my salary is stated. Do you think I can go ahead to apply for I-845 or I should work for another two years to reach that salary?
By the way, I've been wondering if I could include my benefits in my salary to boot the annual pay. Any advice?
Thank you for your time.
