Salary difference question!!!

I am using AC21 and joining a new company. My salary mentioned in Labor is $65,000. The new job is offering me $100,000 per annum. So there is a significant difference of $35,000. I would like to ask you all gurus that will there be any problem in the adjustment of my I-485 due to increase in my salary though my job is same and similar to what is mentioned in Labor.

As per me, You should be fine.AC21 Just says same or similar occupation.

Please read the recent yates memo. It mentions a substantial raise could raise flags...
 
Unfortunately Limits are not mentioned anywhere and the substantial increase has not been mentioned by a number or percentage.
