Salary diff 40K

My current desi company salary is around 65K. If i use my EAD and AC21 to join a client, i can get 100K+ salary.

Will the INS look the salary difference to be substantial while adjudicating the 485?
 
I am on the same boat,

can anyone who got approved let us know, that if through ac-21 the salary difference is huge, is it ok ?

I too am in the same boat. I plan to invoke AC21 after my vacation to India. I'm planning to ask my prospective company (the one I'm currently working on a subcontract with my company) to give a letter offering salary similar to the one in labor but actual wages will be much higher. Can anyone advise on this issue please?
