I need some help.
My Labor was approved in December 2000. I-140 is approved in March 2002. But before filing my I-485, my employer reduced my salary by 23 %. But the salary is well above the privilege wage rate. I am working with this employer for last 6 years and still continuing. My question is:
1. Will it create any problem for the I-485 approval
2. I have the option of changing employer with a higher salary, using AC-21 as my I-485 was filed 9 months back. Is it a better option than to continue with the current employer with lower salary and hence risking my I-485 approval.
3. Does AC-21 use creates transfer of the case to LOCAL INS ?
