Just checked the AVM to hear that my I485 has been approved.
PD 9/22/99
I140 1/25/00 rfe cleared in Dec7th 2000
RD 10/3/00
ND 10/23/00
FP 11/19/2000
Approved 8/22/01

Waiting for courtesy and original copies. I was thinking of updating the immitracker after receiving the notice.

Thanks guys..I will post my future stamping experience etc as they happen...

How come you will get a rfe for 140 in dec\'00 if you applied for 485 in oct\'00. Did I miss something..

  I am a bit intrigued by the FP Date (11/19/2K). My RD was 9/26 and ND 10/24/2K, but my FP was 1/10/2001. What is your category and country ?

     Anyways enjoy your freedom !!!!

No you din\'t missing anything. I filed for I485 even before my I140 was cleared. Reason: There is something called EB2 litigation case, which allowas a person to qualify for this.

EB2 India..My FP s came real quick.I think I received them in like 19 days of filing for 485. Reason: Don\'t know...plain lucky I guess
