Safe to change Job?

Hello,

Question to all gurus out there.

My I-140 is approved and I have been with the current employer after I-140 is applied for about 9months.

I-765 however is still pending and its been more than 4months (started an enquiry last week). I-485 is still pending as well.

In this situation, can I safely change employer? Will I be invoking AC21 in this case?

RFE-Bio metrics

RFE was asking me to appear for bio-metrics.
And I got the appointment in month of Nov. They dont issue an interim EAD without getting the bio-metrics done .

Is bio-metrics different for each application. I got the bio-metrics done for my 485.
So I can not change job without a EAD even though I140 is approved.
 
Either you should have EAD or get new H1 from new employer to change the job. But, if you want to use AC-21, you should have EAD, correct me if I am wrong.
