Safe time to change job after approval

Does anyone know what the minimum period is if one wants to change jobs (similar position) after receiving 485 approval? If they allow one to switch jobs while in adjustment (albeit after 6 months), I would think there should be no restriction after one gets the approval. Is that correct?
 
Safety period, as everybody says, is 6-12 months. But lot of people have changed jobs immediately after getting GC.
