Hi,
Just check the online:
for me and my wife: RFE:

Do you know who will receive the RFE? me or
the lawyer?

I guess it will be pay stub, emp letter. Because
we already mailed with last three years tax.
For my wife: it may be med-exemination since
she was pregnent at that time and showed +
for one item. She did noe take x-ray.

You shouldn't be sad, If you follow the time line for other people's RFE, the approval time is less than a month after RFE is replied too. So it is good news that your case has reached a case officer! :)

EAD: expired on 2/23/02

fp: 3/26/02, SJ

Just renew the EAd and AP for both me and my wife.

I am almost certain that your RFE is for 3 months paystubs, 2001 W2, Employment verification letter, (AC21 letter if applicable). You have a copy of your wife's medicals so get that done.

Send that info to your lawyer proactively so that he can send rfe response asap.

In my case rfe was issues 11/7 but lawyer rcvd only on 11/21 (or so he says) and responded today. I got the original RFE envelope...it was postmarked 7/11.

A question: should my wife do the FULL medical
examination Or just the x-ray ?

last time She made everything OK except the skin
test: it is positive. Because my wife was pregrant at that time. The Doctor did not ask my wife to do
the X-ray.

Maybe the doctor put notes on my wife's results.

So Should we go to same doctor and ask for the
X-ray without the RFE letter?

I will prepare the w-2, emp letter, pay stub,
tax right now.

i had same issue

My wife's RFE ( response rcvd 10/4...nothing yet:-( ) was also for getting her immunization up to date.

She tested +ve for TB but couldn't take X-ray because she was pregnant. Review your wife's copy of medicals. Your doctor would have marked "immunization not up to date" and probably written a note that X-ray or tetanus etc wasn't taken.

Go back to the doc and tell him you got RFE and ask what needs to be done if you want the form filled so that "immunization is up to date"

In my wife's case it was tetanus and chest X-ray.

Thanks the info.

We did not get the copies of the medical results. IT was in a sealed envelop and never know what's inside.

We will contact the same Doctor and
waiting for the RFE letter from lawyer.
