Rxed Two FP notices--Help

After waiting for more than 2 1/2 yrs I finally rxed my FP notice.

I Rxed first FP notice couple of weeks ago with a Notice date of 1/27/04 and requesting me to be go get the FP done between 2/24 and 3/02.

Yesterday I rxed another FP notice in mail with a notice date of 2/20/04 and requesting to get the FP done between 3/16 & 3/23

Now I am confused which dates to follow, Does this happend to anyone? What should I be doing? Obviously I want to follow the dates given in the first FP notices and not have to wait another month


Here are my case details

EB3- INDIA
PD - 2/28/00
RD- 7/5/01
ND- 8/10/01
 
Do FP as the first schedule

and take the second FP notice with you and show it to the official how about the second one and whether it's necessary to do again. they probably will take back the second notice and tell you it's fine. I guess, please correct me. Good luck, you will be approved soon.

Hey Budd... is this your first time receiving your FP appointment?
My wife and I have a ND of Sep.14.01; I received my FP back in July 2003 but she has not received hers. I wonder if they FINALLY began sending FP for all those 2001 filers without them...Please advise.

got 2 FP notices - same here

Surprise that my wife FP notice was sent back by USPS as all of us wait for that lucky mail to come. I didn't change my home address, but failed to add my wife name to the sticker in the aptmt mail room. I was going nuts with no proper reply from USPS why the mail was returned and later added my wife name in a sticky paper to the mail box. In past EAD, AP and other receipts were delivered by USPS though!!. Then requested BCIS to resend the FP notice, they sent one to my home address ( this time lucky enough to receive them ) and second one to attorney. guess what both had different date. appeared for the first one and handed to the officer the second notice letter. fyi - you could go on any day (but with FP invitation letter) and sneek in by saying a valid reason, i know some of friend had got FP done prior to the appointment date. hope this helps.

please don't forget to add applicant name to the mail box if you have pending application from BCIS.

what is your RD and FP date?

It looks like we are the group of 2001 filers without FP.
I think it would be great to keep track of how long it takes for approval if you do your FP close to the 33 months mark.

Did you went for your first notice??? if yes then may be FP wasn't clear and they issued another one...... it happens many ppl but ur date difference is ????

anyway just call the local INS office and get ur FP done.
