Rupnet reports 2 approvals for Feb-2003 today

Users Viko and English Jon have reported approvals for RD Feb-2003. And one other, gsriniva (RD Feb-2003) reported an approval on 7/1/2004. Do I see a ray of hope? Or is that creaking I hear that of the door being shut?

Dan: Are they approved with I-140 under FO memo? Otherwise, it is a ray of hope for us. IC
 
Don't know anything about their cases other than their RD and approval. I threw the info out to see if I could elicit more info out of them or their buddies.

for sounding too optimistic..
but I think this is it. The time has come for 2003 filers. Be prepared lest you are caught unawares.
The noise you hear is nothing but the distant roar of the wave of approvals.
As you can see they are desperately trying to meet the 20 month processing period by Sept 2004.

My Lud Changed on 2 consecutive days. I think that this may be for a 2nd FP. Any other Ideas???
