Rupnet - October 2001

Checked Rupnet for October 2001.

The two biggest lots are EAC-02-053 and EAC-02-054.

Of course Rupnet only is a sample, but does anyone know of any persons who have got RFE's and approvals with these serial numbers in the past 3 weeks.

If there is any movement on these lots then we can get a feeling that bulk of October cases may have been picked up.

I am from october 2001 and my series is eac-02-043-xxxxx.
I believe first week of october as 043 series.

You may be in good shape

Both of you may already have been approved and you are probably waiting for the FBI to give final clearance. If you have not heard about an RFE or transfer you may be in good shape.

Of course, I am guessing but remember they are processing October cases and will not change the status for people like you )(potentially approved) until FBI says "ok" and you will suddenly all be approved en-masse.

I hope that is true, I just called the IIO 2 days ago and she said my case has not even been assigned..because they are processing cases from Oct 1st and mine is Oct 2nd. I am 02-043 series too...
