#1 Things seem to have slowed down somewhat overall as far as rupnet approvals go since October 1st (of course its always possible that there are fewer cases in the database for the dates which are being approved currently).
#2 We seem to be seeing more and more 2003 ND approvals vs 2002 ND approvals lately. Every one of the 5 VSC approvals for today (so far) are for ND's in 2003. Last week 18 of the 30 VSC (EAC-xx-xxx-xxxxx) approvals were for 2003 ND's.
