Running delayed payroll

Hi All

Here is a scenario, could some one answer me.

Raman was working for Company A (consulting company) and posted at a client site and was on vacation for the month of Jan 2004. Raman found a new job with company B and joined it in Feb 2004. Raman did get his payroll run for Jan 2004. Now, can company A run the payroll for Jan 2004 ??

------ yes if Raman has any wages due for jan 2004 from A
