RTD approved and no LUD

I filed my GC and RTD applications 5 months ago. The LUD has never changed for both applications since January. Today, I received my RTD. My GC is still pending.


Is it normal that RTD application gets approved without text/email message and without LUD?

Do you think my GC will be approved soon too without LUD?

Last year I applied for my RTD and I also subscribed for E-NOTIFICATION. Everyday I was checking online to see the steps. For 3 months LUD kept showing "ACCEPTANCE" and one day I got it in the mail.

I applied for my GC December last year. I did the bio-metrics and nothing changed...I guess it'll show up again out of the blue lol.
