I had contacted my congresswoman back in November last year. That time, after many reminders etc I finally got a letter saying that my case is being processed and that I should wait till March 31st.

So I contacted her again this time. I got a letter within a week saying that it is still being processed and I should wait till June 15th. :mad:

What the fukkk???!!!! What is the point of asking these people. I was getting same reply from IIOS.

I called IIO and asked me to call back if I didn't hear anything by end of June.

I was just going to ask her WHICH YEAR???? :D

I am with you buddy! Beleive me you are next. Hopefully, before end of this month. You still have two months left.

Your case is only waiting for those stupid checks as your background is already completed as you took your second FP's in October.

Like my theory is that they are processing case of people who did 2nd FP's in Sept-03. You and i did in Oct-03.

Congressman/Senator's can only help upto certian extent. They have to respond to you to keep the obligations!!! Otherwise, Changa" "Money" kaha sae mileaga!!!

Everybody get's those standard response. Don't panic, it's coming for you...

One day you'll say approved and you'll say tufan said that!!!
ha.. ha... Just trying to cheer you up.

I appreciate the kind words. I notice you are on the 072 series. Do you want the list of EAC numbers with status.
 
I contacted the local congressman's office and they sent me a letter with a printout attached from the INS website to show that they checked up on my application and it is in process......:D
I do that myself every day!!!! :mad:

Exactly, why did you bother? Really. I hear this from my American friends all the time when they hear about the delays and they say "You should call your sentator, they can do something about it". I laugh, it's amazing how adamant they are that these people

a) care
b) can do anything anyway

Honestly I don't know why anyone reading these forums on a regular basis would bother to write or call their senator or any other government representative, they must surely know by now it's a total waste of time.

How do you get this .xls files. I guess all the computer geniuses know how to do that.

I have a question after i looked at it. It does mention the 072 series however, my case starts with 00.

Do you have for this series as well?
Ex:
EAC02072500**

Also..i wanted to know how effective is it to track by the series.
