Risk of X-Ray for pregnacy in medical exams

Hi
I am a winner of 2007 DV-lottery. I have received the second package today and my interview appointment has been arranged for middle of August. My wife is a five- month pregnant and she is accompanying me. As mentioned in the letter, chest X-ray is required that’s a part of medical exams. Since this test is not allowed for who are pregnant, please advise me if you know the solution or any alternative way for that.
Just to remind you the deadline for issuing DV-Visa is Sep 30th and she can not postpone this test to after her due date because of insufficient time.

I learned Tuberculosis (TB) skin test could be a replacement for Chest X-Ray in this case. I want to make sure whether it will be enough if the TB test result is negative. Also what will happen if it’s positive? Please advise me if you know or heard about that.

the medical office usually does the skin test first, and if it's questionable/positive, they do x-rays. If she is "positive" and pregnant - well, she doesn't have to do x-rays, but I am sure the doctor will suggest something.
