I am new to the forum. I would appreciate some info regarding doing a Labor Certification without a lawyer. I saw some kits sold on the internet for $50. (www.usvisanow.com)
I know people who have filed their LCs without an attorney. There are no rules mandating use of an attorney for any of the GC filings; the use of attorneys lets you use someone who is an expert in the area and knows the nuances and loopholes of the system and process. You do need a sponsoring employer though.
