Can we convert an RIR application to non RIR ?
The reason why I ask is that my company had laid off thousands of employees because of which the SF DOL is rejecting all the applications. So what if I change the labor cert app to non RIR ? Would it solve my problem ?
Also, my H1 expires in March 2003. Can I use this "rejected" labor app to extend to a 7th year ?
