RIR Processing in Nebraska (Jun 2003) Tracking

Please HELP

My company is about to file Labour from Nebraska for Programmer/Analyst position
Ads are done.

Now the attorney says "the chances are very very less"
I did my BSc (computers) +1 year course.
I also have 5+years of experience

can any one let me know if this true and what are the chances

I asked your questions to my Attorney and told me. He can not guaranty even my case will approve But if you made strong case they have to approve it. America run by lawyers, you know that. You might look for a good lawyer. I filed my LC

My Attorney really sucks. She took atleast 9 months to get to this state and now she gives me this reply.

by the way with the current processing speed, you should get LC cleared with in a month.

Let me know if got approved.
Can you also send me the main points that your attorney can think of.
I want to bug my attorey to file a strong case.

hi buddy,
congratulations on moving to federal.
I think with in 3 months, you can apply for both 140 and 485.
Is there any ground work we need to do or just wait for their decision.

Any help is greately appreciated
