RIR -LC Processing from California

My company has processed my LC from California in RIR category. My case was already approved by state level during Oct-2002. Now I heard from the lawyer that DOL is now not processing any LC case at federal level in IT field. DOL has stopped processing IT category LCs in California region. Is that true?

how can you be so sure. Looking at CA labor threads. It seems DOL is really working on something other than IT Labor.
