RIR denied

Hi All,

I applied for my Labour clearence EB3, RIR and my case got cleared through Virginia Labour Dpt, and know from Philly. DOL I got a reply which says "RIR Denied"

What does that mean?

Did any one got such reply!
 
it means you case needs to be processed as Non RIR.. DOL will send back the case to Verginia SESA for processing as non RIR.. they will keep your old priority date as process as Non RIR.
 
Many possible denial reasons.. Market conditions, Not enough advertisements, not enough documents, Justification of applications received when advertised etc etc etc
 
The notification said more than "RIR Denied". You probably will ge further reading the notification to determine what happened than you will asking people what is possible. Lots of things are possible but to get help you need to know exactly what happened and why.
