RIR cases still in "Data Review" status

I would like to start a new thread for RIR cases which are still in "Data Review" status. Please post your case details if your case status is "Data Review". My case details are given below:

Case: RIR,EB2,WI
PD: Oct 2004
Case status: Never changed from "Data Review" :confused:
Case #: 05211-XXXXX
 
friend, I am assuming you are on line...here is my situation..any expertise?

Friends, I need help.

I have pending TR-NON-RIR EB2 at DBEC and my PD is Oct 2003. I am from Bhutan. It is already more than 3 years that my application is pending. My company is willing to start PERM. Do you think it is better to start PERM or continue to wait for recruitment instruction for my TR application. DOL promises to eliminate backlog by sep 2007. Is PD very important for me. I am from Bhutan, not from India or china , for EB2 from rest of the world, filing I 485 is current. What to do? Please advice.....

Man, you shouldn't reply something totally unrelated to a thread...
Anyway, PD means nothing to you.

That is bad, my friend. My case was in Data review before it changed to in process. So it is one step behind of "in process"

My case from NJ 07/03, RIR, EB3, case_id 05143-3xxxx, no 45-day letter recd., is still in DATA REVIEW.
 
I guess we are just unlucky

45 days letter rcvd. 12/14/2006
45 days letter replied 12/19/2006
Status: IN-PROCESS 01/03/2007
Status earlier: DATA REVIEW FOR ALMOST TWO YEARS

:mad: I am in Data Review for more than two years. PD Dec 2004, P-05222, EB3 RIR, NY.
what are first 5 numbers - representing state, or serial number?

I heard PBEC only answers questions if you are attorney or employer.
how do they know if you say you are lawyer's assistant or paralegal? anyone tried?
