RIR AD requirement @Philly

I am preparing RIR petition (from Philly). I only have 3 days ads at Philly Inquirer & company internal posting. Is that enough? I heard that some states require Ad at ajb.org. Does Philly require that? What did you guys do, especially those guys filed from Philly?

Usually three paper Ad (within last 6 months in leading newspapar within city/area limit), internal posting, posting at "http://www.ajb.dni.us/" and couple of internet job sites like dice/hotjob

BTW, what kind of position is this?

I have only 3 days newspaper ad & 10 days internal posting. How much chance I got? Is ajb.org Ad required at Philly?
 
I am not sure if it's required or not but it won't hurt your petition if you decide to do that. Also, it's free.

Regarding showing recruitment effort with LC application, get as much evidence/documentation as you can.

Since our company doesn't like to post more Ads, I am trying to figure out what other people do generally from Philly, to see how many chances I may have. But it is so disappointed that no body from Philly like to input.

In my case my Co./attorney took care of every thing and I am in IT. Some of the SESA/DOL post the RIR recommendations on the website, for example Florida. Check this http://www.floridajobs.org/alc/RIR.htm
But probably you already know that these recommendatations do change based on job category, qualifications required, economy and so on... You should be able to talk to some one Phily DOL and get an advise from them. Sorry, don't have a simple answer to your question...and below are the contact #s for various labor offices.

It sees that Only 3days newspaper would work at Florida.
Unfortunately I can't find a website at Philly like the one you gave me for Florida. Thanks.
