My bank does not issue drafts in Canadian Dollars.
So can I take a draft with the US Dollar equivalent ?

I got through a very nice interview at the High Commission in Singapore.
The Visa Officer was very helpful, patient and pleasant.
She asked me to do the IELTS again as my old scores had expired. (2001).
Seems they are valid for 3 years only.
I wrote IELTS again and got a 9.
After sending the score to her, she sent me a letter asking to pay the landing fee and said she would be sending the medical clearance in Sept.
I would urge everyone to take their IELTS as soon as possible and get the mandatory 7 in all bands.
No escape from it.
Make sure you tell the officer the truth and nothing but the truth.
The guy before me was grilled for 2 solid hours and he came out sweating.
He did not get it.
And if you don't have your IELTS score with you they may give you tests there itself which can be embarrasing.And invariably take the test again.
