RFEs on EAD and AP

Hello Guys,

I have filed 140/485/765/131 on July 27th .Here is my case history

Labor Filed: Aug-2001,EB2,IN
Labor Cleared: July 2006
Applied 140/485/765/131:July 27th 2006 (Me and My spouse)
Rd:July 28th
Notice date :Aug 10th
RFE on EAD:10/4/06(for Photo Id)(for Both of us)
Response sent:10/16/06
EAD Ad(Me):10/23/06
EAD(Spouse):Not yet.(USCIS didn't even update the recieved response status )
RFE on AP:10/24/06(Me & My spouse) Haven't recieved RFE yet.

any ideas what they might be asking this time.

most of the time AP RFE's are for photo. You might need to retake the photos with the exact specification. I always had good luck with Picture People photos

I too have RFE on EAD. Its going to be 10 days..I didnot receive my RFE letter. May I know how long it took 4 you to get your FRE letter? and which service center?

RFE can be for Photographs, I-485 filing copy, passport pages that have your Name,DOB and Photograph, copy of driving license/stateID and any missing document like marriage certificate copy for spouse
