Hi All,
My ND is 06/12/03 and I never received my AP and I have a RFE on EAD (Requested personal information page from my passport). My 140 is approved on 09/07/03. Does anybody know what could be the problem with my EAd and AP. I need to travel to India in January. Can I go to Boston BCIS and get the AP personaly?

Did u reply to the RFE? What is your case status online? Call the 1800 number to enquire about your AP.

Congratulation. Can you post your MD, MD, category, RFE for 140, etc.

Yes that is a possibility. But Boston BCIS is very strict abt issuing AP on the same day. They will issue an AP at the local office only if it is a absolute neccessity to do so.

Yes I responded back about my EAD RFE and the status changed online.
My 140 Approval details:

Category: EB3
Labour Substitution.
RFE issued on 140 and EAD

140 ND: 06/12/03
140 RFE date: 07/21/03
140 RFE responded: 08/16/03
140 AD: 10/07/03
485 ND: 06/12/03.
EAD ND: 06/12/03.
EAD RFE: 10/24/03
Ead RFE responded: 11/10/03
EAD AD: ?????
AP ND : 06/12/03.
AP AD : ?????

even iam in the same boat.I got RFE on EAD and was responded.My i -140 has been approved and even my AP was not approved.Please post any updates.

Hi I saw the status online changing to RFE today, I will keep you guys updated when I (my lawyer/company) gets it in hand, do keep posting.

Do we normally attach a copy of the passport along with form 131 and 765 ? . I am not sure of what my Lawyer did .

Also , once approved - EAD and AP does the UCIS send it us directly or does it go to the Lawyer and then routed to us .
?

Exactly same here. For me and my wife got refs on EAD/AP.. Waiting for notices .. If you get your early could you please post on net?

Hi ..
Checked the online status today for my Wife's and my Applications..
I140/485/765/131 filing
ND : 8/25/03

Got RFE on my Wife's 485: Fingerprinting fee not sent ( Actaully all the fees were paid ...have sent the cleared checks to USCIS but the online status has still not changed)

RFE on My and my wife's EAD : Same message as TIRUGUI's

Let me know when you guys get the actual notice ..

which pages you sent for the RFE ?

I had a similar RFE generated for my wife's EAD. I photocopied (color) all the non-blank pages of the passport zoomed to 150% (so that it will fit the A4 sheet).

The case was approved 20 days after receipt of RFE response.
