Gurus I have received an RFE for continuous employment the reply was sent and the avm says received on 2/18 but the avm says for this type of cases it takes 725 days, my attorney says it would take 20 days.Can anyone tell how long it takes for the approval to come.

i think it should be 20 days
further why did u get notice on continious employement? how did they know

It was a wrong rfe obviously the biographical information was not read.I was never out of employment or status , I feel only after FP they go through the 485 papers.
i485 filing 6/6/01,3/23/02,rfe 5/10/02.
