I was checking online status daily 2-3 times. When I verify last night at 11:45 PM I saw an updated message.

On October 8, 2003, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed.

I can’t wait to see what is in it. Any guess..? Is this for 2nd FP?

This is an RFE.

Atleast your case has been touched. Sometimes this is better than FP2 which is automatic.
If you have copies of documents submitted, look at it for any issue. If not the ususal, employment related - letter, paystubbs, w2, income tax return, finanacial statements of company etc.
 
Well keep ur docs ready, and since ur FP1 expired 8/15/02 [2months now since expiry], I guess u might get FP2, after u respond to RFE, when the officer before adjudication notices this......Do it early ..!!

Hi OmGV,

Could you please clarify that FP2 is automatic? I know some FPs have been expired for a couple of months but still no FP2 notice.
